I was so happy with Tara and Taylor at The Montecito Group when purchasing my home. I was moving long-distance and they helped every step of the way including sending a video of the property for remote review and being available for questions whenever I needed something. I felt that they had a very in-depth knowledge and accurate account of the community and neighborhood. They made the inspection and closing process seamless by helping with both escrow and home inspector recommendations and fielding questions when asked.
